Day 1: Dance Movement Therapy and Behavioral Difficulties (ADHD, ADD, ASD)
Objectives

  • Increase body awareness and individual expression
  • Develop trust and empathy social skills
  • Stop repetitive movements
  • Develop the gross and fine motor skills
  • Stimulate verbal communications skills

Day 2:  Dance Movement Therapy and Mental Health (PTSD, Depression, OCD and Eating Disorders)
Objectives:

  • Increase expression of feelings
  • Decrease isolation, anxiety and depression
  • Increase body awareness , self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Better adaptation to different situations
  • Understand , read and analyze  body movements
  • Improve both mental and physical well-being of individuals

Training methodology: 30% Literature (definition, references, videos, examples…) and 70% Practice (individual and group work)
Target Audience: Psychologist, Sociologist, Special Educators and every related field

•    I am a passionate practitioner Clinical Psychologist having a Master’s Degree in Psychosomatic Support and a Master1 Degree in Clinical Psychology and Dance Movement Therapy experience «Le mouvement dans tous sesétats- Lecture psychocorporelle» Grenoble- France
•    I have worked with autistic children as well as being a Body and Movement Therapist. Being a Professional modern dancer for 15 years, I have created a specific program based on body movement and music in order to increase self-awareness and self-confidence which will help for a better communication with the inner self and with others.
•    In my clinical practice, I deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho-Organic Analysis Therapy and other evidence-based treatments to adults, adolescents and children with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression, phobia, suicidal ideation and relationship problems.
