The Main Objective of the “Us vs. Them: The Psychology of Bias, Belonging, and Inclusion” Course:

Enable participants to understand how social identity and group belonging influence behavior, recognize the impact of stereotypes, prejudice, stigma, discrimination, and implicit bias, and develop practical skills in empathy, perspective-taking, and promoting inclusion.

Target Audience:

High-school and university students, teachers, educators, counselors, social workers, HR professionals, community volunteers, nonprofit organizations, and anyone interested in diversity and inclusion.
